Job Description:

• Spearheaded the development and implementation of comprehensive IAM strategies, focusing on Identity Governance and Administration.
• Act as a pivotal figure in managing user identities, credentials, and access rights, ensuring a secure and efficient access control system.
• Be the go-to expert for IAM solutions, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Design, deploy, and manage IAM systems and solutions, focusing on IGA components.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with internal security policies and external regulations.
• Collaborate with IT teams to integrate IAM solutions into existing infrastructure.
• Respond promptly to security breaches or intrusions related to IAM.
• Lead IAM projects, including requirement gathering, planning, implementation, and post-deployment support.
• Develop and enforce policies for user account lifecycle, from creation to termination.
• Work with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into IAM solutions.
• Provide expert guidance and training to team members and other stakeholders on IAM best practices and procedures.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in IAM, with a strong focus on IGA solutions.
• Expertise in popular IAM platforms (e.g., OneIdentity, SailPoint, Okta, Microsoft Azure IAM).
• Proficiency in scripting languages and automation tools.
• Strong knowledge of identity federation, SSO, MFA, and directory services.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of explaining complex IAM concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
